My Dress a Sasha entry takes 2nd Place at the 2013 Sasha Festival

Here are some pictures of my Dress a Sasha entry. I created the complete outfits based on a picture of two adorable children from the early 1900's. This was a labor of love. I had to 1st create the patterns for both outfits. The lace on the dress collar is hand knit and was found at an antique store in Crosby MN. I made tights out of black knee-high women's socks. I even created real leather shoes for the Sasha and toddler. These outfits were challenging but very fun to make. Enjoy!

Summer Sandals 2013

Here in the Studio I have been very busy creating Summer sandals. These are my own designs with the exception of the classic Sasha M style. I am letting the materials guide my creativity.
