I've been drooling over all the Beautiful Sasha Serie dolls that have been up for sale on ebay. My wallet; however, is on a diet. I love their big puddle eyes. My answer...a repaint! Meet Annika. I was inspired by an early Gotz Serie Doll picture from a few years back. She was painted with artist acrylics. Her original eye paint is underneath. I decided to give her freckles...or as my daughter calls them ~angel kisses.
I think the repainted eyes are a vast improvement - the painting of the Sasha doll eyes is something that actually turns me off them a little so I haven't invested in a Sasha doll yet.
